Most people don't realize the average family of four spends over 30 hours per month doing laundry which is exactly why it was recently voted the most hated household chore. This is why we started 2ULaundry.
Now with a simple text, your laundry and/or dry cleaning will be picked up from right outside your front door, cleaned to your exact preferences, and delivered back the very next day…giving you time back to do what matters most in life.
I'm sure you're thinking "hasn't this been done before" The answer is yes…Dan D'Aquisto and Alex Smereczniak launched 2ULaundry in January of 2016 after seeing two companies raise money to go after the $35B laundry / dry cleaning space with the wrong models. Prior to launching 2ULaundry, Alex started and sold another laundry startup at Wake Forest University that utilized static, scheduled routes. These static routes coupled with employing 3rd shift labor and operating in underutilized laundromats has allowed 2ULaundry to produce over $250K in monthly revenue, reach profitability in its first market, and partner with the worlds largest appliance manufacturer to vertically integrate the supply chain with minimal capex.

CAST AI is a cloud optimization platform that reduces cloud costs, optimizes DevOps, and automates disaster recovery. CAST AI intelligent optimization engine delivers a cost-efficient, high-performing, and resilient infrastructure for every Kubernetes workload. Cloud Cost optimization CAST AI brings resource and cost optimization to Kubernetes using an AI-driven optimization engine that applies cluster changes based on real-time workload conditions. It selects the most cost-effective instance types and bin-packs pods for maximum utilization. The platform uses spot instances that offer 70 to 90% discounts and are automatically selected for any stateless workloads. CAST AI also sets pod scaling parameters to achieve optimal application performance while maximizing cost savings. Moreover, users get detailed cost reports to enable forecasting expenses at the level of project, cluster, namespace, and deployment - down to individual microservices. Infrastructure abstraction that makes DevOps 10x more productive CAST AI provides an opinionated Kubernetes implementation that hides the infrastructure complexities with automation. So DevOps engineers no longer have to deal with IaaS complexity and can finally focus on higher-order cloud-native abstractions and concepts. They can create and manage CAST AI components through API, CLI, and Terraform to automate their infrastructure lifecycle management. CAST AI also provides services for in-cluster observability (logging, tracing, and metrics) and built-in security (encryption at rest and in transit). Foolproof outage prevention with cloud neutrality, multi-cloud and multi-region capabilities CAST AI protects workloads against downtime with a Disaster Avoidance strategy based on cloud neutrality and multi-cloud capabilities. To achieve 100% uptime, CAST AI adopts the active approach to Disaster Recovery by stretching applications and data across multiple clouds so that a cloud failure never becomes a disaster. Underlying all of our technology is a custom multi-cloud networking layer that makes the magic happen.

flexEngage helps retailers personalize post-purchase communications, like receipts, to better engage with their most committed customers and drive additional sales. The company provides personalized transactional communications for retailers, enabling brands like Under Armour, GNC, Aldo, and Oakley to transform standard transactional touchpoints (receipts, order and ship notifications, packing slips, etc.) into dynamic engagement channels that drive loyalty and revenue. Amazon is destroying traditional retailers with their data and software because most retailers can't afford to build it on their own. So instead, retailers resort to wasting billions of dollars on ineffective marketing like Facebook ads to try and compete, while ignoring their most effective marketing channel, post-purchase communications. flexEngage provides retailers with Amazon-like software for their trillions of post-purchase communications, by turning static messages into a personalized marketing medium. As a halo effect, they are also creating the world’s largest database of consumers’ shopping behavior currently at 300 million transactions and 41m unique consumer profiles. flexEngage was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Orlando, Florida, United States.
