We are looking for a highly professional and seasoned producer with experience in executing mid to long form shows end-to-end for digital platforms (e.g. YouTube, linear a plus but not mandatory). This candidate will work with the company's Head of Content Development as a production-focused counterpart to execute these shows.
Responsibilities
- Overall Production logistics for show execution
- Crewing and crew oversight (knowledge and rolodex of crewing options by major city is a must)
- Budgeting
- Scheduling
- Day-of production oversight
- Talent coordination (managing coordination and scheduling with Host and Guest talent)
- Locations (scouting, procurement, etc.)
- Post Supervision Support
- Oversight of on-time asset delivery
- Oversight of set design logistics, coordination, and timeline
- Backend Production Logistics: Payroll, insurance, Covid Protocol, Unions, etc.
Please note that this role could be for a fixed set of episodes or a role that eventually transitions into a into a full time position. This role will likely feature frequent travel.
