Betr is hiring a part-time IT Associate to support our Miami HQ. This role will provide hands-on, onsite IT support, ensuring our team has the tools and resources they need to stay connected, productive, and focused on building Betr. You’ll be the first point of contact for day-to-day IT needs, from troubleshooting hardware and software issues to supporting executives and team members with urgent technical requests. This position is key to maintaining a seamless technology environment and supporting a high-energy, collaborative culture across the company.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for employees (hardware, software, connectivity, account access)
  • Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and conferencing equipment
  • Manage IT onboarding/offboarding: device provisioning, user accounts, permissions
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure devices are updated and secure
  • Troubleshoot AV and connectivity issues for meetings and events
  • Collaborate with remote engineering/ops teams to escalate issues when needed
  • Support onboarding of new hires with workstation setup, configuring hardware, & managing various account access
  • Work as a collaborative partner to executives, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Take on other duties and ad hoc tasks as needed

About You:

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support, office administration, or a hybrid role
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows, macOS, and SaaS tools (Google, Microsoft, Slack, Zoom, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with laptops, networks, printers, and AV equipment
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Strong communication and people skills — approachable and resourceful
  • Comfortable in a startup environment where priorities can shift quickly
  • Bonus: Experience with JIRA, MDM, cybersecurity/networking basics, & other technical tools
