About the role

Our customer-obsessed technical account management team is dedicated to delivering world-class assistance to our clients. We are the bridge between our customers and the wider Cast AI organization, representing the customer's voice to Cast AI and the voice of Cast AI to the customer. The team ensures that our customers are successful in their use of our platform.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Kubernetes; CKAD or CKA certification preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or OCI.
  • Excellent English to support global customers; other languages are an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen to navigate complex environments.
  • Clear and confident communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Flexibility to work early, regular, or late shifts (India time) while maintaining balance.
  • Based in or near Bengaluru.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for your assigned customers, helping them get the most value from Cast AI’s platform.
  • Support the T3 Volume business by managing clients efficiently at scale using automation and AI tools to ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience.
  • Lead the technical onboarding process for new customers, making sure their clusters are connected to Cast AI within 90 days.
  • Work closely with DevOps engineers and SREs, communicating technical concepts in a clear and approachable way.
  • Coordinate onboarding progress and track milestones to keep projects on schedule.
  • Collaborate with Client Partners on customer renewals by maintaining strong relationships and delivering consistent value.
  • Take part in regular business reviews to showcase results, cost savings, automation, and upcoming innovations.
  • Continue developing your technical skills — if you’re not yet CKAD or CKA certified, we’ll support you in earning it within your first six months.
