About the role

At Cast AI, our People team plays a key role in our success. We’re a small, high-performing team working in a fast-growing SaaS company across multiple regions. As we continue to expand globally, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help us hire great people and build strong teams. You’ll work closely with leaders in Engineering, Product, Sales, and Marketing to support our growth.

Requirements:

  • Based in Europe, with 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or tech start-up environment.
  • Proven track record of hiring for both technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data) and GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) on an international scale across EMEA, AMER, and APAC.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities shift and speed matters.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse or similar platforms).
  • Familiarity with modern recruitment practices, including the use of AI tools to streamline sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
  • Solutions-oriented with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to push back and influence where needed.
  • Demonstrated commitment to attracting diverse talent and creating an inclusive hiring experience.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers across Tech and Go-to-Market functions to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective recruiting strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across all stages, from job briefing to offer stage.
  • Leverage a variety of sourcing techniques and tools, including AI-powered recruitment solutions, to attract diverse, top-tier talent across EMEA, AMER, and APAC markets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, coaching them on best practices, structured interviewing, and candidate experience.
  • Contribute to building scalable hiring processes and staying ahead of industry trends to keep our recruitment approach sharp and competitive.
