Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Mid-Market Full Cycle Account Executive with 3+ years of experience in selling HR tech solutions into mid-market accounts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying and closing opportunities within your designated territory. This role requires a proactive "hunter" mentality, with a focus on generating new leads, nurturing relationships, and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new mid-market accounts, leveraging various sales techniques including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to articulate the value proposition of our HR tech solutions effectively.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, business owners, including HR professionals, C-level executives, and decision-makers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to drive customer satisfaction and product enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven success in selling HR tech solutions into mid-market accounts.
- Strong understanding of the HR technology ecosystem and company workflows.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets in a quota-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS software sales processes and experience managing complex stakeholder sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated with a proactive "hunter" mentality and a strong drive for results.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage start-up environment with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
