Role Overview

We’re seeking a Director of Provider Marketing to serve as the executive owner of professional supply growth across our marketplace. This leader will own the strategy and execution for recruiting, activating, retaining, and growing the lifetime value of dental professionals—including hygienists, assistants, and dentists—across all active and expansion markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end professional supply growth, from acquisition through long-term retention and lifetime value
  • Lead recruitment marketing strategy across SEO, paid acquisition, content, partnerships, and organic social channels
  • Build and optimize lifecycle programs that drive activation, repeat engagement, and increased utilization
  • Develop segmentation strategies by profession, geography, tenure, and behavioral signals
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Support to improve onboarding, in-app engagement, and retention loops
  • Scale and steward a professional-first brand narrative that reinforces trust, empowerment, and career mobility
  • Use data to identify supply gaps, geographic mismatches, and diminishing returns across acquisition channels
  • Own and report on professional-side KPIs including CAC, activation rate, retention, utilization, and LTV
  • Lead experimentation across new acquisition channels, referral programs, and incentive structures

Key Competencies:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2C growth, healthcare marketing, recruitment marketing, or marketplace supply growth
  • Proven success scaling acquisition and engagement at high volume
  • Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and retention mechanics
  • Experience in marketplaces, healthcare, or regulated industries (preferred)
  • Strong data-driven mindset with comfort owning ambiguous growth challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Analytics, and Leadership
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (required)
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
