We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Director of Customer Success to join our team. The Director of Customer Success will be responsible for driving customer adoption, retention and growth, and will play a crucial role in defining the overall customer success strategy for the company.

Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Develop and execute a comprehensive customer success plan, including onboarding, adoption, and retention strategies.
Work closely with product, sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement, product adoption and growth.
Monitor and analyze key metrics and customer feedback to continuously improve the customer experience and drive customer success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs and provide solutions.
Drive customer advocacy and references, leveraging customer successes to generate positive word-of-mouth and drive new business.
Develop and implement best practices, processes, and tools to scale the customer success function.
Requirements:
At least 7 years of relevant experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Proficient SQL and database access skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Prior Seed to Series B experience
Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to think creatively and strategically
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
