We are looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Product Manager to become our first product hire. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our product and make a significant impact on our organization as we continue to scale and evolve.

Responsibilities:

• Define, own, and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for our groundbreaking technical products and features.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team and cross-functional departments, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
• Develop and prioritize product requirements and user stories, translating complex technical concepts into clear and actionable plans.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, using this knowledge to inform product strategy and roadmap.
• Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform decision-making.
• Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to both internal and external stakeholders, serving as a product evangelist for the company.
• Continuously gather feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Help build and shape our product management processes, practices, and culture as we grow and scale.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of proven experience in technical product management, preferably in a startup environment.
• Strong understanding of [Industry/Domain] and familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in the field.
• Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and managing complex technical products.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
