We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to be our first in-house UX designer, to help design and shape our innovative B2B enterprise application. You will play a key role in driving our product development efforts by conducting user research, creating wireframes, and designing visually compelling and easy-to-use interfaces. As the first UX Designer on our team, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the future of our product and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and user needs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify areas for improvement
• Develop user personas, user flows, and journey maps to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts
• Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces with a focus on usability and user experience
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing
• Work closely with engineers to ensure the successful implementation of designs
• Establish and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards
• Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in B2B enterprise software
• Proven experience in user research, wireframing, and UI design
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to present and articulate design decisions
• A passion for problem-solving, innovation, and a user-centered design approach
