Job Description:

As the Talent and People Partner at Leverage, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of human resources and people operations for our growing organization. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with our company values and support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for building and developing a high-performing culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Fully manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of candidates.
  • Develop and implement performance management programs, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Develop and implement employee training and development programs to support career growth and advancement.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, benefits administration, and employee recognition programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, employee investigations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention efforts, including employee surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action plans.
  • Manage HRIS systems and data integrity, and generate HR reports and metrics as needed.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR and people operations, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Experience in the SaaS or technology industry is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
