Own the daily creation of short-form UGC plus the webinars and conference activations that turn attention into demo-ready leads. You’ll be the on-camera personality, the behind-the-lens editor, and the orchestrator who converts every webinar or trade-show moment into pipeline.
What you’ll own
- UGC & Social (≈60 %): Script, shoot & edit 4–6 videos/week for LinkedIn + TikTok/IG Reels; ghost-create clips for the founder; repurpose blogs, customer stories & event footage.
- Webinars (≈20 %): Run a 30–45 min webinar every 4–6 weeks—speaker prep, landing page, live hosting, and follow-up nurture.
- Industry Events (≈15 %): Coordinate 4–6 strategic conferences per year—booth logistics, speaker abstracts, swag, pre/post-show campaigns.
- Analytics & Ops (≈5 %): Track reach, engagement & SAL flow; surface winning creative; maintain a rolling 4-week content/event calendar.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 yrs in content, social or event marketing (internships count)
- Comfortable on-camera; fluent in CapCut/Adobe or similar tools
- Obsessed with LinkedIn & TikTok trends; data-curious (CTR, CPL, SAL)
- Nice-to-haves: B2B SaaS exposure, HubSpot chops, meme fluency, basic audio/podcast editing
