Technical Implementation Manager (Supply Chain Integrations)

Department: Customer Operations / Professional Services
Reports to: Chief Operations Officer
Location: New York, NY (hybrid); ~10–20% travel to customer/SI sites
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

Own post‑sale delivery from kickoff to go‑live for mid‑market industrial manufacturers adopting Leverage AI’s PO Automation platform. Lead discovery with seasoned supply chain leaders, translate business goals into integration and data requirements, collaborate with our Integration Engineering team, and coordinate system‑integrator (SI) partners. You’re hands‑on with SQL/ETL/API workflows and confident facilitating a room of 10+ stakeholders who’ve “done this for decades.”

What You’ll Do

  • Lead implementations end-to-end: project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and executive status across 4–8 concurrent deployments.
  • Run discovery & design: map “as‑is/to‑be” processes for P2P, PO/ASN/invoice flows, MRP signals, supplier performance KPIs, and visibility/reporting needs.
  • Own the data: write/validate SQL for data profiling, reconciliation, and UAT; define data contracts; review ERDs; guide ETL design and QA.
  • Integrations: partner with Integration Engineering to design and validate ERP/WMS/TMS connections (REST/GraphQL, SFTP, flat files, EDI X12 850/855/856/810); create test plans, mock payloads, and cutover runbooks.
  • SI partner management: align scope/RACI, enforce handoffs, unblock technical issues, and maintain delivery quality for both direct and customer‑mandated SIs.
  • Customer enablement: lead workshops, UAT, go‑live, hypercare, and training for supply chain, purchasing, operations, IT, and finance teams.
  • Security & compliance: follow internal controls, handle data securely, and support audits consistent with SOC 2 practices.
  • Outcomes & feedback: track time‑to‑value, on‑time go‑lives, adoption/usage, supplier enablement %, NPS/CSAT; funnel product feedback to PM & Engineering.

What You’ll Bring

Required

  • 5–10+ years in supply chain/ERP delivery, professional services, or technical implementation for B2B SaaS or SIs serving manufacturers.
  • Advanced SQL (CTEs, window functions, profiling/validation), strong data intuition, and comfort reading ERDs/logs.
  • Working knowledge of integrations: REST APIs (Postman), webhooks, SFTP, CSV/JSON, EDI (X12), and common iPaaS tools (Boomi, Celigo, Workato, MuleSoft).
  • ERP familiarity (one or more): Epicor, Infor (Syteline), Microsoft D365/AX/BC, QAD, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle.
  • Confident facilitator who can “own the room,” drive consensus, and influence veteran supply‑chain stakeholders.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and executive‑ready status reporting.

Nice to Have

  • Python for light data wrangling; Git basics.
  • Manufacturing domain depth (supplier scorecards, PO compliance, ASNs, inbound logistics, PPV, MRP).
  • Certifications: APICS/CPIM/CSCP, PMP/PMI‑ACP, CSM.
  • Prior SI/consulting experience (Big 4 / global or boutique manufacturing SIs).

Performance Metrics

  • Time‑to‑value (TTV)
  • On‑time/on‑budget go‑lives
  • Adoption & supplier enablement rates
  • Defect escape rates
  • CSAT/NPS
  • SLA attainment
  • Documentation quality

How We Work With Partners

Coordinate directly with SIs (and indirectly via customers) to align scope, manage risks, and maintain delivery quality. Where we augment with specialized consultants, we follow a clear SOW, RACI, and deliverables‑ownership model with confidentiality/IP protections.
