LULA is thriving in the shared economy by bringing a portfolio of innovative insuretech solutions to our customers. We're looking for an experienced business development manager to create partnerships that not only drive value for LULA, but LULA's partners as well.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop a partnerships strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Work with new and existing partners to drive channel partner performance to drive sales
  • Oversee formation of affiliate marketing / referral partnerships in existing lines of business
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Understand and analyze channel partnership metrics to develop solutions to solve our partner's and customers needs
  • Own the entire partnership life-cycle including prospecting, contracts and performance
  • Work collaboratively with product, sales and customer teams to fulfill partnership goals

What you'll bring:

  • Proven working experience in a high growth startup as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Market knowledge on in-app marketplaces, logistics or fleet management is a plus
  • Proven track record in developing high performance channel partnerships
  • Exceptional communication and organization skills in working with various stakeholders (internal and external)
