Given the profitable lending business model and an underserved market, Marco is looking to scale rapidly. This role will have high impact potential within the Marco team.The RoleWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B startups, particularly in the fintech industry. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead and launch new products and ideate, define and validate new user acquisition strategies.Responsibilities:
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, including market research, customer feedback, and product design
- Work closely with customers to bring insights to the team and identify challenges and opportunities for the product
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the product is meeting business goals and customer needs
- Work together with Product Marketing to implement go-to-market strategies and ensure successful launches
- Test and validate ideas and hypotheses quickly in a lean way to ensure that we are building the right products
- Analyze market trends and competitors to stay ahead of industry trends and make data-driven decisions
- Create product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business impact
- Ensure that the product is meeting regulatory and compliance requirements in the fintech industry
- Identify and lead negotiations with business partners and integrations with 3rd party providers to speed up our time to market
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, with experience leading product development from ideation to launch
- Experience working in B2B startups, preferably in the fintech industry
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers
- Fluent in Spanish and English is a must
- Experience driving growth for B2B products and with product-led growth strategies is desired
- Proven ability to use unsuccessful experiments and launches to iterate towards success
- Experience with impactful and rapid experimentation paired with holistic, long-term product thinking
