Are you a creative and strategic marketing enthusiast ready to take Marco’s brand to the next level in Mexico? We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our brand-building efforts, creating an impactful presence across multiple channels.
Marco is a Fintech focused on financing underserved SME businesses. Given the profitable financing business model and an underserved market, Marco is scaling rapidly. This role will have high impact potential within the Marco team. We are a fast-paced and client-driven organization with offices located in New York, Miami, and Montevideo. We operate cross-functionally on a variety of levels within the business and our clients.
About you
- As a go-to-market expert, you create compelling value propositions and messaging that deeply resonate with your target audience. You excel at designing product launch plans and collaborating across teams to drive products to market, consistently delivering measurable improvements in customer awareness and adoption.
- You’re an exceptionally skilled communicator with a clear, persuasive voice adaptable to any audience, channel, or format. Whether preparing a landing page copy, creating a sales deck, or crafting customer-facing product messaging, you handle each with confidence and precision.
- With over five years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS, you bring a proven track record of success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies in LATAM.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Marco’s products, market landscape, and the company vision.
- Assist in defining target buyers and key stakeholders within core audiences, identifying their needs and pain points, and highlighting solutions that deliver the highest customer value.
- Create compelling, differentiated product positioning and messaging tailored to target buyers across selected channels.
- Contribute to crafting a Go-to-Market strategy for Mexico, collaborating with multiple teams to bring products to market with a measurable impact on customer awareness and adoption.
- Lead the selection and execution of effective Go-to-Market tactics that demonstrate tangible business impact.
- Define and implement a tactical marketing plan to support the Go-to-Market strategy (i.e. Inbound, website, partner collaborations, PR, Webinars/Events)
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Growth, and Partnerships, to ensure alignment and drive success.
