Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Partner with hiring managers to coordinate and participate with job postings, recruitment, screening, interviews, and reference checks
- Oversee new employee onboarding to ensure a seamless transition
Employee Relations, Team Building and Events:
- Plan and execute team events, celebrations, and our annual offsite to foster a positive and engaging work culture
- Promote a positive work culture, helping to create a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive workplace
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with leadership and teams to improve operational workflows, develop office policies, and implement best practices
- Assist with special projects or company-wide initiatives, such as sustainability efforts or diversity programs
Data, Compliance and Policy Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records in our HR systems
- Prepare reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, ENPS, and training effectiveness
- Maintain and update employee handbooks, policies, and procedures
Benefits and Payroll Administration:
- Assist with benefits enrollment, administration, and communication
- Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure accurate processing and reporting
Performance Management, Training and Development:
- Support the performance review process, including tracking deadlines and training managers
- Assist in developing performance improvement plans when necessary
- Coordinate and facilitate compliance training sessions and professional development programs
Office Administration:
- Act as the point of contact for office-related inquiries, resolving issues promptly to foster a an optimal work environment
- Ensure a well-maintained, clean, and safe office, liaising with property management or service providers as needed
- Manage office equipment, including troubleshooting basic IT issues or coordinating with external IT support
- Monitor and optimize office related budgets and expenses
- Manage accounts and subscriptions for office software and tools
- Evaluate and recommend new tools to improve operational efficiency

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably at a fast-growing startup
- Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems
- English fluency is a must
