We're on the lookout for a driven Strategy & Finance Analyst to join our Strategy team in Uruguay! In this role, you'll be an integral piece of the team, executing on key initiatives that help shape the trajectory of the company. You'll help us analyze every angle of the business, while becoming an expert in our processes and data so that we can effectively communicate our story to stakeholders internally and externally. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Modeling & Analytics: Guide company projections and generate bespoke analyses using your exceptional excel skills.
• Reporting: Provide accurate and timely reporting to current/potential investors to keep them informed and engaged.
• Due Diligence: Ensure we provide thoughtful insights and information to potential partners in a timely fashion.
• Presentation Creation: Help craft Marco’s narrative by distilling complex business and financial concepts into elegant and easily-digestible stories for internal and external consumption.

The Specifics

Investor Relations & Capital Markets:

• Build and manage data rooms to support fundraising and due diligence processes.
• Maintain and update investor materials, including corporate decks, financial reports, and key business metrics.
• Assist in capital markets initiatives, including debt and equity financing, credit facilities, and strategic partnerships.
• Manage the investor pipeline using Salesforce to track engagement, follow-ups, and key investor insights.

Strategic Finance:

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic decision-making.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support corporate strategy and investment decisions.
• Work cross-functionally with product, growth, sales, and operations teams to support financial planning and strategic projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, or a finance related role at a high-growth startup.
• Advanced English required.
• Extensive Excel experience with strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Salesforce (or similar CRM).
• Agile Problem Solver: This is a highly dynamic role, your ability to work well with ambiguity and use creative problem-solving skills to find solutions will be paramount.
• Company-Wide Collaboration: Strategy works across every team in the company, you will need to be able to create strong relationships with key leaders to foster trust and collaboration.
• Stay Organized & Meet Deadlines: We’re a fast-paced team, your excellent organizational and time-management skills will be essential.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with investor relations, fundraising processes, and due diligence.
• Familiarity with capital markets, structured finance, or alternative lending.
