The Role
We are hiring a Commercial Lead to drive revenue and build our go-to-market engine in Mexico. This is a hands-on leadership role for a startup operator who can both close deals and lead Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. In your first 60–90 days, your focus is simple: build a pipeline, work deals, and close revenue.
At the same time, you will begin aligning the team and turning what works into a repeatable motion. Over time, you will take full ownership of the revenue function, ensuring Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success operate as a single, aligned engine.

What You'll Do
- Drive revenue: build pipeline (outbound, referrals, network) and close deals
- Step into live opportunities to accelerate and unblock deals
- Lead Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around revenue goals
- Improve conversion across the funnel (qualification, follow-up, deal strategy)
- Define and refine GTM (ICP, messaging, channels) based on real market feedback
- Build partnerships that generate consistent pipeline
- Maintain strong pipeline visibility and forecasting

- Deep understanding of product, customers, and sales motion
- Active involvement in live deals and pipeline
- Develop an early plan to help accelerate revenue

- Startup experience required (early-stage or high-growth)
- Experience scaling a go-to-market function and driving revenue across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- 5+ years in fintech, banking, or financial services
- Proven closer with a track record of hitting revenue targets
- Experience building pipeline from scratch
- Comfortable leading across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Strong operator—moves fast and executes under pressure
- Fluent in English
