Job Description:

Mesh is looking for a high-performing experienced sales professional who is highly motivated to solve big problems, and close deals. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of a sale and tasked with working alongside your teammates to execute deal flow and grow Mesh’s market share. You will spend most of your time working on active deals and solving pain points in the market. This position is 100% remote and must be USA-based.


  • Grow, manage, and execute your pipeline.

  • Meet & exceed your quota
  • Some travel is required for conferences and company meetings
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities, and deliver repeatable and predictable bookings
  • Manage relationships with large enterprises and close high-ticket deals


  • 5-8 years minimum experience carrying a quota
  • You are a closer and a good teammate
  • Previous experience in the digital asset industry is preferred
  • Track record of exceeding quota
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Web3, payments, blockchains, crypto, onramps, DeFi, etc.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience working with CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce)
  • Advisor/Consultant sales mentality
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken form of English
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
  • The capacity to operate independently as well as a positive attitude toward collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and using MEDDIC and Challenger (or similar) methodologies is a plus
