This position will be an in-office position located at our new headquarters near the Battery/Truist Park in Atlanta.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Mile Auto Generalist Claims Adjuster (or Claims Concierge):

· Determine coverage for the claim (what coverage is applicable)

· Determine Liability or fault for the claim

· Interview all parties to a claim (customers, other parties involved, witnesses)

· Coordinate with our appraisers and estimators to manage auto repairs

· Handle minor to moderate bodily injury claims

· Negotiate with customers, claimants and other carriers to resolve claims

· Looks for real time opportunities to make a difference with our customers

Ideal Qualifications:

· Holds an adjuster license in AZ, FL, GA or TX (preferred).

· Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

· Strong organizational skills.

· The ability to multitask.

· Excellent communication and prioritization skills.

· Ability to graciously take direction and accept feedback.

· Proven track record of problem-solving
