Remote PositionThe Account Executive will sell Pikmykid software directly to K12 education institutions & School Districts in the Western Region & will report to the VP of Sales. This position requires an experienced enterprise K12 account executive to join our team who has experience working in the edtech market calling into school district C-level stakeholders along with state-wide leaders.What You’ll Do:- Take ownership of your territory & success and work independently- Hunt daily – prospect multiple district C-level leaders across multiple districts and regions- Schedule meetings with C-suite and be in the field regularly- Sell Pikmykid to net new K-12 prospects at the district level- Research state & district leadership to find stakeholders and open opportunities from prospecting to close-won- Territory plan, prospect, discovery, schedule onsite travel, present face to face, discuss technical back-end & deliverables to large C-level committees, and move districts through a long sales process- Tailor messaging by product solution- Seek out multiple stakeholders and manage a multi-threaded sales approach to win- Navigate & sell complex enterprise deals while building deep relationships with decision makers- Maintain touch points to customer districts and leverage relationships to grow net new logos- Consistently exceed sales quota quarterly and annually- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast performance- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM- Manage deals from start to finishWhat You’ll Need:- Bachelor’s degree- 5–10+ years of proven K-12 edtech/software enterprise sales success with C-level & state leaders- Track record of exceeding sales targets and managing pipeline- Proven self-starter hunter who opens and closes business- Excellent communicator with success closing large school districts- Driven, grit, resilient, competitive; team player, coachable, lifelong learner- Experience selling large enterprise software; excellent written & presentation skills; success with C-Suite stakeholders- Understanding of K-12 safety a plus; consultative/Challenger methodology experience- Ability to work independently with excellent time management- 50%+ travelAbout You: Independent, responsible, organized, creative; fast-paced and flexible; collaborative; loves to win and is a consistent achiever; relentless prospector; can prioritize and multitask; receptive to coaching; team player.What We Offer: Competitive salary & commission structure; Medical & Dental Insurance Benefits, 401K; Winning is “Fun” – Come “Win” with us!Apply: Click the link above or email support@pikmykid.com with your cover letter & resume to apply.
