The Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining workflow by assisting managers and supervisors with the coordination of warehouse duties, including inventory, creating packaging slips and reports, and fulfilling customer orders. We're looking for a highly organized individual who is hyper-detail oriented.

This is a full-time hourly position that requires daily onsite presence at our office. The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hour.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, and billing and invoicing questions
  • Process daily orders from clients and input appropriate data into the system
  • Recognize and resolve documentation errors
  • Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing
  • Bill shipments pursuant to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements
  • Process over, short and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution


Skills Needed to be Successful as a CSR:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with carriers, customers, employees and management
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
