What’s the role?
We are looking for a Revenue Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will report to the Revenue Manager and support the order-to-cash and revenue reporting processes. The Revenue Analyst will have a tremendous impact on our revenue reporting and support various company initiatives to grow and scale.

  • You will assist in the preparation of monthly management reporting with a specific focus on revenue: analyze results and variances to budget, prepare SaaS KPIs, and communicate insights to Revenue Manager
  • You will collaborate closely with the Account Management team to accurately and comprehensively report new sales, expansions, decreases and churn
  • You will work closely with the billing specialists to identify any process gaps and implement procedures to gain efficiencies
  • You will contribute to monthly balance sheet reconciliations and book necessary journal entries as part of month-end close
  • You will help build budgets and rolling forecasts based on SaaS methodologies for ARR (“Annual Recurring Revenue”) and NRR (“Non-Recurring Revenue”)
  • You will report on monthly and quarterly ARR by customer
  • You will prepare and update cash receipts forecast on a bi-weekly basis, incorporating A/R aging notes and other relevant factors
  • You will assist on various projects aimed at optimizing order-to-cash processes, which may include implementing enhancements in the billing process, participating in the customer database project, and streamlining the budget process
What you offer…
  • A business degree in accounting or finance is required; CPA or working towards it is an asset
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in any of the following: revenue accounting/reporting, financial planning and analysis, or similar
  • Highly organized, collaborative, detail-oriented: Able to prioritize tasks, works well under tight timelines while producing high quality deliverables
  • Team player and flexible: Understands the importance of ‘pitching in’ and able to deal with quickly changing priorities in a positive, productive manner
  • Strong oral and written communication skills: Interacts clearly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in Sage Intacct, Salesforce, and Excel is an asset
