LIU Student Investment Fund's mission is to provide an innovative and unique experience for students to gain the hands-on skills and knowledge required to successfully navigate through a career within the financial industry. The Long-Only Value Investment Fund provides the opportunity to manage a real investment portfolio of over $150,000 while also allowing our analysts to network with advisors who have experience on Wall Street. Analysts/Equity Researchers can also access advanced technology, such as Bloomberg software, which allows access to real-time data within the global economy. We strive to provide students with skills that are unable to be obtained through a conventional classroom setting.
