Requirements
Program Development & Implementation
Support the development and implementation of AI literacy programs across Alabama K-12 schools
Establish program metrics and evaluation methodologies to measure program effectiveness
Build and maintain relationships with education stakeholders, including school administrators and teachers
Contribute to the development of AI curriculum and learning resources
Keep pace with emerging trends in AI education and technology to ensure program relevance
Represent QuantHub at education conferences and AI education events
AI Platform & School Partnerships
Coordinate the implementation of QuantHub's AI Literacy platform across Alabama schools
Execute teacher professional development sessions for AI education
Create customized implementation plans based on individual school needs
Ensure alignment of AI curriculum with state standards and national AI education initiatives
Cultivate relationships with school districts to support program adoption
Work to increase AI education access for underrepresented student populations
Manage program data collection, analysis, and impact reporting
Project Management & Coordination
Coordinate with the AI Literacy Program Coordinator on implementation activities
Monitor program budgets and resource allocation
Work with curriculum developers, technical support, and marketing teams
Develop documentation and resources to ensure school personnel buy-in and program adoption
Organize engagement activities including competitions, recognition programs, and events
Serve as primary point of contact for educators and respond to stakeholder inquiries
Provide feedback to product development teams to improve AI learning platforms based on educator experiences
Design and execute outreach initiatives to promote student participation in AI learning opportunities
Qualifications
Essential Experience & Skills
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Education, Computer Science, Instructional Technology, or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in education program management, preferably within the K-12 sector in Alabama
Experience implementing educational technology in school settings
Understanding of AI concepts and applications in education
Proven track record of working effectively with education stakeholders
Experience with curriculum implementation or instructional design
Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
Strong project management capabilities
Data analysis experience with ability to interpret program data
