Key Responsibilities
- Prospect Research & List Building: Identify and qualify potential leads through research using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and internal databases
- CRM Management: Enter, update, and maintain accurate lead and account information in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Sales Enablement Support: Assist in preparing prospect-facing materials and presentations tailored to key decision-makers
- Outreach Support: Help draft personalized emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-up communications to support outreach campaigns
- Pipeline Organization: Support the Account Executive in tracking lead movement through the sales pipeline and organizing follow-up tasks
- Market Intelligence: Assist with gathering and analyzing competitive and customer insights to support sales strategy

- How to use professional tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
