Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and execution-focused Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Specialist to own and scale REBEL’s influencer and affiliate programs across North America.
This role will be responsible for:
- Recruiting and managing influencers
- Building a structured affiliate ecosystem
- Driving measurable revenue and new customer acquisition
- Creating scalable systems for creator partnerships
- Ensuring CAC efficiency and incremental growth
You will work closely with Paid Media, Creative, and Brand to ensure influencer and affiliate strategies align with overall acquisition goals.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Build a repeatable creator pipeline including micro, mid-tier, and macro influencers
- Negotiate contracts, usage rights, and performance-based structures
- Develop campaign briefs aligned with revenue goals and brand positioning
- Track performance using affiliate links, UTMs, and platform analytics
- Optimize based on CPA, ROAS, AOV, and new customer acquisition
- Repurpose high-performing influencer content for paid media
Affiliate Program Management
- Build and scale REBEL’s affiliate program through platforms such as Impact, ShareASale, or similar
- Recruit high-intent publishers, bloggers, deal sites, and review platforms
- Develop commission strategies based on margin and performance
- Monitor attribution and incrementality
- Optimize partner mix to prioritize profitable acquisition
- Identify opportunities for exclusive placements and seasonal campaigns
Performance & Reporting
- Own influencer and affiliate revenue targets
- Track CAC, LTV, AOV, and contribution margin
- Report weekly and monthly performance insights
- Identify scalable growth opportunities
- Test incentive structures and commission models
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or performance partnerships at an ecommerce company
- Proven experience scaling influencer programs that drive measurable revenue
- Strong understanding of ecommerce attribution models
- Experience using affiliate platforms and influencer CRM tools
- Negotiation and contract management experience
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment
Preferred Experience
- Experience in baby, lifestyle, or ecommerce marketplace brands
- Familiarity with UGC repurposing into paid ads
- Experience managing commission-based structures
- Knowledge of CAC, contribution margin, and performance marketing frameworks

Pay Transparency
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience.
Initial base salary range for this Toronto-based position = CAD $55,000-75,000
