Job Summary:

As a Compliance Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing existing compliance frameworks, identifying areas for improvement, and devising strategies to enhance overall compliance for our customers, using the RepScrubs Compliance Improvement Plan. You will collaborate closely with Sales Operations and the RepScrubs Sales Team, to implement solutions that streamline compliance processes and achieve adherence to Health System and Hospitals regulatory requirements across the United States.

*Please Note* This position leans more towards an "Account Manager" role, with a primary emphasis on enhancing Healthcare Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing compliance policies, procedures, and practices within our current Network of Hospitals and Health Systems.
  • Utilize the RepScrubs Compliance Improvement Plan to identify gaps and weaknesses in the current compliance framework, recommend improvements, and develop effective strategies to enhance compliance across all organizational levels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders within each Health System/Hospital to design and execute compliance training programs for employees.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure that organizational compliance practices remain up-to-date and aligned with current regulations.
  • Develop and upkeep extensive documentation detailing compliance strategies, policies, procedures, and resulting outcomes.
  • Provide expertise and guidance to internal teams regarding compliance-related matters.
  • Support in organizing and conducting internal and external compliance audits, identifying priority facilities for the next auditing cycle.
  • Monitor and report on compliance key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
  • Aid the Sales Team during the rollout of the RepScrubs Program, encompassing tasks such as visiting facilities and actively engaging in the program's launch process.

Locations and expectations:

This role is designed to be remote but requires occasional travel to the Corporate Office in Sanford, FL, as well as other locations within the US, on specified dates with advance notice.
