Supply Wisdom: UI/UX Designer
Location: Remote, based anywhere in India

Objective: We are seeking a talented and innovative UI/UX Developer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and developing user-centric interfaces and integrating APIs to enhance the functionality and user experience of our market-leading risk intelligence solution. You will collaborate with our developers, and product managers to create intuitive, user-friendly applications that meet the needs of our diverse user base.

Responsibilities:

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

• Document the use cases with respect to the design principles and design decisions made.

• Design and implement responsive, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Integrate third-party APIs and develop custom API solutions to enhance application functionality.

• Convert design prototypes into responsive, high-quality HTML/CSS/JavaScript code, ensuring compatibility across various browsers and devices.

• Develop interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers to ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals.

• Plan and conduct usability tests to iterate and improve upon solutions.

• Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system to ensure a cohesive user experience across all platforms.

• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders through user research and usability testing to refine and improve the user experience.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, technologies, and best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues and bugs to ensure a seamless user experience.

Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX development or related roles.

• Proficiency in front-end web development languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular).

• Experience with API integration and development.

• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.

• Excellent visual design skills with emphasis on user-system interaction.

• Ability to articulate and defend design decisions based on user feedback and data analysis.

• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile/Scrum development processes.

• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.

• Portfolio showcasing UX design and development work, including user research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.

• Ability to create interactive prototypes using tools like InVision, Axure, or similar.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members.

• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing project requirements and priorities.

Additional:

• Experience with mobile app design and development.

• Knowledge of back-end technologies and frameworks.

• Familiarity with usability testing and A/B testing.

• Certification in UI/UX design or related fields.

• Familiarity with Python
