Created by industry experts with deep estimating experience, our software dramatically streamlines the pre-construction process. Our solution uses advanced machine learning to automate traditionally time-consuming takeoff tasks, helping estimators work up to 80% faster while reducing costly errors.

Our collaborative platform enables real-time teamwork, instant drawing analysis, and features a revolutionary conversational AI interface that transforms how professionals interact with construction plans. Founded by construction industry veterans, our award-winning application automates the takeoff process, enabling estimators to analyze blueprints in seconds rather than hours or days.

You will also lead Togal’s SOC 2 compliance program, security questionnaires, and IT-related risk reviews. This is a hands-on, process-driven role supporting a fully distributed team.

Key Responsibilities
• Own IT onboarding and off-boarding, including account setup, hardware distribution, access permissions, and asset recovery
• Manage all company-issued equipment and software inventory across a remote workforce
• Administer core systems (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, GitHub, AWS, Zoom, and other business-critical platforms)
• Lead SOC 2 compliance operations, including evidence collection, control monitoring, remediation, and audit support
• Respond to customer and partner security questionnaires and serve as the internal point of contact for IT compliance requests
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 internal tech support and troubleshoot IT issues
• Maintain accurate documentation for all IT and security workflows
• Partner with People Ops and Finance to ensure proper provisioning, asset tracking, and off-boarding logistics
• Evaluate and implement new tools, vendors, and security solutions that support scale and security

Requirements
• Hands-on experience managing IT systems, access controls, and employee device provisioning
• Familiarity with SOC 2, GDPR and similar compliance frameworks and evidence collection
• Understanding of device management, endpoint security, and MDM tools
• Ability to manage SaaS tools, licenses, and user provisioning across multiple departments
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable working independently and building systems that support scale

Nice to Have
• Experience responding to enterprise security questionnaires or vendor risk reviews
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 or other security frameworks
• Background in SaaS, AI, or construction technology environments

We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse team. We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds who are passionate about using technology to transform the construction industry.
