Core Responsibilities

You will drive detailed execution and design excellence across our new business areas:

• Deep Discovery: Deeply understand user behavior, motivations, and pain points to define the best possible solutions for our expansion areas.

• Problem Context: Actively contribute to problem definition by providing essential context on user pain points in these new areas.

• Usability Ownership: Synthesize research findings, work from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, validating hypotheses, assumptions and solutions. Create test plans and conduct 1:1 prototype testing.

• Interaction Details: Deliver detailed interaction guides and user flow documentation, working with engineering to ensure smooth development.

• Design System: Maintain and evolve our Design System and component library to ensure consistency across all new product touchpoints.

• Design Review Process: Actively contribute to design critiques, ensuring feedback is constructive, and help refine our design rituals.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all design work for new initiatives is visually consistent, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.

• Stakeholder Management: Regularly align with stakeholders on project updates, insights, and designs to gather necessary feedback.

• You rapidly produce high-fidelity, interactive prototypes that are the central tool for validating the concept with stakeholders and, most importantly, testing hypotheses with real users.

• Smooth, high-quality handoff. Developers aren't asking you for missing specs or edge cases because you've already provided them in your documentation.

• You can clearly and confidently present your design decisions, linking them back to user research and business goals. You've brought them along on the journey, and they understand the "why" behind your solution.

Who You Are

• You excel at moving projects from ambiguity to clarity in fast-paced, new environments.

• You have a strong command of modern design tools (e.g., Figma) for both prototyping and detailed specification handoffs.

• You are passionate about user research and capable of executing end-to-end usability studies to validate new product concepts.
