Finexio is seeking a Head of Sales & Marketing who is driven by challenges, ready to dig into the details, eager to drive a culture of accountability and success within the sales team and own the delivery of annual booking targets. Finexio is looking for someone who doesn’t just want a job, but is passionate about making a significant impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance market share.
- Align sales and marketing initiatives with Finexio's business objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to market penetration.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent, ensuring the teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with key executives, influencers, and consultants within the Accounts Payable Procure-to-Pay software industry.
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team to inform strategic decisions.
- Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Ensure company sales processes are being adhered to and company provided tools are being utilized to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
- Ensure consistent messaging and positioning of Finexio's products and services in the market.
- Work closely with product development, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for sales and marketing initiatives.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to achieve company objectives.
- Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing performance to the executive team and entire company.
