Role Overview
As the Merchant Services Product Leader, you will be responsible for building and launching Finexio's merchant services white label offering from the ground up. This is an entrepreneurial role combining product development and business development, where you will work directly with our partner to white label and commercialize their merchant services solution for Finexio's supplier and customer base.
Key Responsibilities
You will own the end-to-end development and growth of our merchant services business line, including:
- Developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for white labeled merchant services
- Managing the partner relationship and ensuring successful integration of their solution
- Creating the commercial model and pricing strategy
- Building the sales enablement program and training internal teams
- Driving supplier and customer adoption through direct engagement
- Establishing operational processes and risk management frameworks
- Analyzing market opportunities and competitive dynamics
- Measuring and optimizing business performance
